If there's one thing I've learned from 12 years of leading teams in tech and coaching more than 100 people, it's that high performance starts with beliefs, not behaviours.

Most people approach high performance through the lens of changing what you do. I approach it through building the shared beliefs that bridge the gap between uncertainty and certainty. I leave audiences with new perspectives and practical tools so they can build systems of shared belief within their own teams — and achieve more together.
