Confidentiality is fundamental. Everything discussed in coaching remains private, except in rare circumstances required by law or professional ethical standards. This allows for honest, open exploration of complex issues. During sessions you have the option to record them and use AI to transcribe and create notes.

My six-month coaching programmes start from £3,000. This includes six one-to-one sessions, unlimited support via WhatsApp and email, access to the Liftoff community, and all coaching resources and materials.
I offer flexible payment options including payment in full, three instalments, or monthly payments to make the investment more manageable. We'll discuss what works best for you during our discovery call.
