Executive coaching for women leaders in tech & space

Who you are

I coach women leaders in tech and space who operate with significant responsibility, complexity, and pressure. You are a Director, VP, CXO, or founder, accountable for decisions that shape teams, organisations, and outcomes at scale.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Executive coaching is most useful when you are operating with significant responsibility and complexity, and want a confidential space to think clearly about decisions, leadership challenges, or change. If you are navigating increased scope, pressure, or uncertainty, coaching can be a valuable support.

  • Outcomes vary depending on context, but typically include clearer judgement, stronger decision-making, greater confidence in complex situations, and improved effectiveness in senior roles. The work focuses on how you think and lead, rather than prescribing solutions.

  • My approach is thoughtful, evidence-informed, and context-led. Many clients describe it as ‘transformational’. I combine rigorous questioning with psychological insight to help clients examine assumptions, navigate complexity, and make sound decisions. Coaching is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in real organisational challenges.

  • This is executive coaching - I do not provide consultancy or prescriptive advice within this engagement. Where relevant, I may share perspective or challenge thinking, but the focus is on supporting your judgement and leadership rather than telling you what to do.

  • That is exactly what the discovery call is for. It’s a short, confidential conversation to explore whether coaching would be useful in your current context, and whether working together feels appropriate. There is no obligation to proceed.

  • Confidentiality is fundamental. Everything discussed in coaching remains private, except in rare circumstances required by law or professional ethical standards. This allows for honest, open exploration of complex issues. During sessions you have the option to record them and use AI to transcribe and create notes.

  • My six-month coaching programmes start from £3,000. This includes six one-to-one sessions, unlimited support via WhatsApp and email, access to the Liftoff community, and all coaching resources and materials.

I offer flexible payment options including payment in full, three instalments, or monthly payments to make the investment more manageable. We'll discuss what works best for you during our discovery call.
