Hi, I’m Caroline.
When I was a little girl I dreamed of space.
I’d sit down with my parents’ copy of the Readers’ Digest Atlas of the World, and pore over the first 20 pages that explained how the universe was formed and all the planets in our solar system. My dad would tell me stories of how he transported parts for ESA’s satellites across Europe.
At school I wasn't academic enough to make it my career. But in my forties, after thirteen years leading product teams in tech, I found my way back — returning to university to study psychology, training as an analogue astronaut, and coaching women to lead at every frontier — whether that's in boardrooms, tech teams, or space exploration.
